The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, allowing me to fully recharge for the next day of shopping and photography adventures in Como and beyond. The attentive staff, notably the receptionist who went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request, added a personal touch to the exceptional service that truly made our stay memorable.
